Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY
If you're not happy with your purchase, please get in touch at the earliest opportunity and quote your order number.
If you have purchased something by mistake and wish to cancel, please see the ‘cancellations’ section of this policy.
RETURNS
Items must be returned in a sellable condition (unless faulty).
Please contact Alex N Botham about your order before returning anything. You can send an email direct (alex.n.botham@gmail.com) or fill out our contact form.
It is your responsibility to pay for the return postage. Our policy lasts 30 days. If you want a return and 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If your original order does not arrive, you must contact us within 3 months of the shipping date to be eligible for a replacement. Unfortunately if you contact us after 3 months there is nothing we can do.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same sellable condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition or damaged is not eligible for a return and the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Digital downloads
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items - only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
SHIPPING
To return your item, please contact me via the email: alex.n.botham@gmail.com, quoting your order number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
CANCELLATIONS
You must request cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel your item, please contact us via the email: alex.n.botham@gmail.com, quoting your order number.
If your cancellation email is received within 24 hours, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

CHANGES
We may update this policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
