DELIVERY

All orders from the shop are posted within 3-5 working days from Manchester, UK with standard class delivery.

If you need your order any sooner than this, upgrade your delivery to next day signed for, or first class at the checkout. During busy periods, please allow for postage delays.

All of our items are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you safely.

If you are purchasing something as a gift, it can be posted directly to the recipient to save you time at no extra cost. If you request a gift message with your order, it will be handwritten on a specially designed gift postcard to make your gift extra personal.

If you select the gift-wrapping option at the checkout, you can pick from any illustrated wraps, or opt for a plain tissue paper. Gifts will be finished with a ribbon for a beautiful finishing touch.

International orders (including EU) may be subject to import tax/handling fees on delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any fees.
